Mr. Chris Baker
Chris has been the curator of bonsai at The Chicago Botanic Garden since 2014. Prior to that Baker spent 6 months in 2012 training at the Daijuen nursery in Japan, was a volunteer and “First Curators” Apprentice at the U.S. National Arboretum, Bonsai and Penjing Museum. He has served as International consultant and board member of the WBFF, as well as president and regional director of North American Bonsai Federation. A true love of trees in nature and natural areas serves as inspiration for his bonsai work.

Mr. William Brussel Martin
Brussel has played an important role in dramatically increasing the popularity of bonsai in the United States. He has led demonstrations and workshops at countless events throughout the country. He is probably best known for his forest plantings. The National Bonsai Arboretum includes one of Brussel’s forest grove creations. Brussel is one of the most respected Bonsai artists in the United States.

Tom is an internationally recognized expert in viewing stone and suiseki appreciation practices. He has extensive experience in exhibiting, judging, and lecturing about viewing stones in China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, the USA, and Europe.

As the former President of the NBAT, she was awarded the title of NBAT’s International Lifetime Consultant and Technical Advisor. As the former Chairperson for the ABFF, the WBFF awarded Prof. Liang a “World Bonsai Contributions Award,” engaging Prof. Liang to be the WBFF International Consultant.

Kusuma Akka is a Bonsai and Suiseki enthusiast from Mysuru, India. She is associated with Sri Avadhoota Datta Peetham, Mysuru. India's first World Bonsai Cooperation Center is located at Sri Avadhhota Datta Peetham which houses a bonsai garden, suiseki museum and a learning center.

Mrs. Chanda Agarwal
Chanda Agrawal, a science graduate, settled in Vadodara, India. She has a green thumb & a Passionate Bonsai artist for more than 3 decades. She is trained by many Bonsai masters and has attended a number of workshops in India and abroad. In pursuit of developing her skills in Bonsai, she has extensively traveled to China (Taiwan), Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand (twice), China (Thrice), Japan (twice) & U.K. She has been regularly attending all major Bonsai events in India.

Mr. Jo MeongKi
Mr. Jo Myeong Ki, born in 1956, is a fine bonsai artist from the Republic of Korea. He began his bonsai journey in 1980 and opened his own nursery in 1982. He was appointed Director of the Korea Bonsai Association in 1994 and is currently an instructor at Cheongju University in plant physiology with bonsai and in the cultural center's teaching intensive bonsai course.

Mr. Erwin Lismar SE
Erwin's passion for bonsai began at an early age. He served as Chairman of the PPBI Palembang Branch from 2007 until 2021, such a long period of time showing his consistency and caliber to lead the national level society, and subsequently was appointed to the Board of Supervisors of PPBI from 2010 to 2021, and later became Chairman of the Indonesian Bonsai Society (PPBI) until the present day.

Mr Pisit Ariyaamornkul is one of the first bonsai instructors by the Thai Bonsai Association in 2023
He has over 26 years of experience in bonsai first in 1997. He became the President of the Thai Bonsai Association in 2013, for the first time, and has continued until now, 4 years per time. And becoming a Managing director of Bangkok bonsai, he has made bonsai demonstrations 3-5 Times per week for Bangkok bonsai members via Facebook Live.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Van
With passion and reputation in the field of Ornamental Creature (Bonsai, ornamental fish, ornamental chickens, orchids, driftwood, ornamental rocks, suiseki, pets...), Dr. Nguyen Huu Van was elected President of the Vietnam Ornamental Creature Association in June 2017 to present. Successfully organized ASPAC15 in Vietnam.

Ms. Maria Fatima “Yumie” S. Gupit
In December 2021, Yumie was elected National President of the Philippine Bonsai Society Inc., the premiere bonsai organization in the country founded in 1973. Bidding for the ASPAC/ABFF International conventions on behalf of the PBSI was my baptism of fire as our Philippine group gave its best to express a strong willingness and preparedness to host the twin event.
